I am finally selling my template after so many requests from my community.

For the holidays, I am offering 3 sales:

(1) My Independent Contractor (“IC”) Template that you can use for your first hires like an editor or an assistant.  This is my most requested template from new creators.  With this template, you can protect yourself and your IP from disputes around ownership (you need to have a full results and proceeds provision) and confidentiality.

Until Dec 29th, I will be running a special where you can buy my IC Template at a discounted rate of $250 PLUS a free live Q&A with me on Dec 30, 2024 12:00 PM PST.  I am going to limit this to the first 50 people so that we can cover all the questions in the live Q&A.

My live Q&A will be scheduled for 2 hours (could be more) and that is your chance to come and ask me questions about your YouTube channel, starting your channel, what you can do to protect yourself as a creator and anything else you want advice on.  But the main focus will revolve around the initial question of how do you protect yourself as a creator.

After Dec 30th, you can still buy the IC Template but it will be at the regular $298 rate and will not include the live Q&A.

(2) The second sale that I am offering, also for this week only, is a 50% discount for a 1-on-1 call with me.  A 60 min call with me is typically $650 but if you buy the call this week, it will be $325.  For a 30 min call, the discounted rate will be $162.50.

(3) The third sale is to trademark your channel name, which is typically $2000 but with a discount of 20% will be $1600, and will include one international class, usually 041 for YouTube channels.  I am currently in the process of preparing over 20 trademarks for various creators right now.

Realize that the flood of creators is coming.  I am already having a hard time getting my clients the exact name they want because there are competitive names out there who are similar or exact names.  Trademark your name now to protect your channel name and build your IP portfolio so that you can set yourself up for an exit and acquisition.  I am currently helping one of my creator clients sell his channel for 8-figures right now.
